2. What is "Bulk SMS service?
Bulk SMS is nothing but you can send common SMS to more than one recipient at a time. Here, you need to select the different numbers from different groups so as to send the SMS in bulk, in single click.

3. How to create a “Group”
You need to create a Group as per your wish, consisting of different numbers as it applies to each of the Groups.

4. What is” Group” SMS service?
With respect to Group SMS, you need to select different numbers from different groups to send a common SMS at one click.

5. What is GSM/CDMA sender ID?
Before you start sending SMS, you need to set your GSM/CDMA sender ID. This is the name or number, which displays on the receiver's mobile phone. You can set up to 8 characters for GSM and up to 11 characters for CDMA.

6. How do I create GSM/CDMA sender ID?
You must log in to your msg2sms account and select “compose SMS” where you need to click the option “add senders ID” and create you own 8 characters GSM sender ID.

7. Which are all the locations you can send SMS?
Our Gateway supports all networks across India, to send SMS.

8. What is the Maximum character/length for a single SMS?
The Maximum number of characters/length of an SMS would be up to 160 as per TRAI regulations. Our SMS service also supports more than 160 characters as per your need. The total number of characters will be divided by 160 and the no of SMS will be calculated accordingly.

9. Forgot password? How do I retrieve it?
Click the”Forgot Password” link and enter your registered mobile number with us.

10. Can I send special characters in SMS?
Yes, you can send any special character.

11. What are all the different types of SMS i can send?
Yes, you can send TEXT, FLASH, VCARD, UNIQUE CODE, PICTURE, WAPPUSH messages through our services.

12. What are the payment methods supported by you?
We accept cash, cheques, credit card and online payments. We do not accept debit cards.

13. What happens when my message encounters a switched off mobile or, a fax machine or an answering machine?
When the gateway tries to deliver your message to a mobile/fax/answering numbers, which is switched off or out of range, the message will remain in the network for 30 minutes. As soon as the mobile/fax/answering machine is ON, the message will be delivered.

14. Is there a limit in the number of SMS I can send?
Yes, based on the credit limit of your account.

15. Can I link my SMS account to my web site?
Yes you can link by using our API (Application Protocol Interface) provided in our web site.

16. Can I send SMS through my Computer/Laptop?
Yes you can send using our Desktop software. Remember that your internet connection is available

17. Can I carry forward my account?
Yes, carry forward of your balance available in your account is allowed provided you recharge your account before the expiry of your account.

Yes, we provide plug in’s for MS excel 2003 & 2007.

19. Can I upload my mobile numbers in any other format at one stretch?
